As CEO and Chief Credit Officer, McLean is responsible for driving growth, overseeing credit strategy, and building scalable lending platforms. He specializes in identifying market opportunities, securing capital partnerships, and deploying disciplined underwriting frameworks that enable rapid yet controlled expansion.
McLean brings more than 15 years of experience in factoring and specialty finance, with a strong history of launching, scaling, and exiting businesses. He has successfully built multiple companies, including one that he grew and sold in under two years, demonstrating his ability to create enterprise value efficiently.
He currently serves on the Board of the American Factoring Association (AFA), supporting industry advancement and advocacy efforts.
