McLean is responsible for the strategic oversight of the balance sheet side of the business, including working with funding sources to secure capital to deploy via term loans, factoring, asset-based loans and purchase order financing to small businesses. McLean has 15 years of experience in factoring and small business lending by virtue of operating two factoring companies previously, one of which he built and sold within 18 months of starting the business. He is a Board Member of the American Factoring Association (AFA), a non-profit that works closely with lawmakers and regulatory agencies to represent and advocate for the factoring community.
