As Senior Vice President of Operations, Ian is focused on driving team performance, process optimization and pursuing strategic opportunities by cultivating robust partnerships. Throughout his professional career he has held a variety of roles where surpassing sales targets, building and managing high performing teams, solving complex problems, and scaling to meet growing business needs were all critical. Prior to joining the Breakout team, Ian was a Regional Sales Director at realtor.com where he worked with top real estate brokerages in the Northeastern US to develop their digital strategy around a suite of technology tools. A Northern Virginia native, Ian’s interests include supporting his Hokies, cooking, travel and spending time with his wife and their French Bulldog, Henry.
