Pre-pandemic, her business provided on-site dental care to large companies at office buildings. We really dive into the story of what it was like to wake up the day after the shutdown to have your revenue completely vanish, since no one was at these offices any longer. More importantly, we discuss how they quickly shifted their target to testing, while utilizing the systems and processes that made Flossbar great to begin with.
